BEFORE YOU ORDER

  • All orders will require your billing and shipping information to be matching before we fulfill and ship any orders. Any orders where the billing and shipping information does not match will be canceled immediately.

  • Orders over $200 will require a signature upon delivery for liability reasons.

  • Please be informed that once packages are received by USPS we are NO LONGER LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED packages. Your order will not be replaced.

  • After USPS receives packages responsibility for that package is now turned over to United States Postal Service, they can be contacted at (1-800-275-8777).

  • The results on the Bring Your Own Bundle Units rely on the quality of the hair that is sent in, bad quality hair can affect how baby hairs lay, knots are bleached, and how the hair reacts to water and color. We are not responsible and cannot fix hair quality sent in by the customer.

  • Please take your measurements and choose your wig options carefully we will make your custom wigs with your exact specifications, please note we are not responsible for improper measurements resulting in a wig that does not fit.

PROCESSING

  • AyaBella’s Ready-to-Ship wigs are already made either by machine or pre-made from the vendor. Allow 3-4 business days for processing.

  • Bella Bundles, closures, and frontal have a processing time of 3-4 business days

  • AyaBella Personalized Wigs have a processing time of 7-14 business days. We will contact you once the construction of the unit has begun and we will send you periodic updates. Any concerns, questions, or update requests can be sent HERE, and we will answer within 48 hours.

SHIPPING

  • For United States 1-3 Business Days shipping via USPS Priority Mail

  • For United States 2-3 Business Days shipping via USPS First Class Mail

  • For International Shipping, we are currently working on making this option available for our customers.

  • All packaging will come with a tracking number

  • If you will not be available for the delivery of your package you can request your package be held at your local USPS for pickup HERE, you can also contact them by phone at (1-800-275-8777).

PLEASE NOTE THAT SHIPPING TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE PROCESSING TIMES. SHIPPING AND PROCESSING TIMES ARE SEPARATE. EXPECT DELAYS DURING HOLIDAYS AND SALE PROMOTIONS.

CANCELLATIONS/ REFUNDS/ RETURNS

  • When purchasing from this site it is understood and agreed that all sales are FINAL. Due to sanitary purposes we can not resale once the order is shipped.

  • For personalized wigs, we can and will make alterations at the customers expense, please ensure all measurements that are sent are accurate.

  • The customer (you) is responsible for measuring their head circumference for the AyaBella Customized Wig units. The wigs are made according to the measurements the customer (you) provides. We can and will make alterations to wigs at the expense of the customer (you). Return shipping is at the expense of the customer.

  • All digital products are as-is and final. There will be no refunds.

DISCLOSURE

YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION WILL NOT BE SAVED BY US. WE DO SAVE ALL INVOICE DETAILS, EMAIL, SOCIAL MEDIA, AND TEXT CORRESPONDENCE FOR UP TO 2 YEARS FOR BILLING DISPUTES PURPOSES.
